They're recorded when a site is added to the list or next updated. DR is Ahrefs' Domain Rating and DA is Moz's Domain Authority, both third-party scores. Traffic is an estimate of monthly organic visits, not the publisher's own analytics. None of it is a live feed, so read the numbers as a snapshot and check any site you're serious about before you order.

Because DR on its own is easy to inflate. A site can be pushed to DR 60 with cheap links while almost nobody reads it, and a link there does very little. A high DR sitting next to low traffic is the pattern to be wary of. Sort by Traffic instead of the default DR order and you'll see which sites people actually visit.

The count at the top of this page is read from the database, so it always matches what's listed: 411 sites right now. It changes as new publishers pass vetting, and prices change when a publisher changes their rate. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order, because it's copied onto the order at that moment.

Start with relevance, not authority. A mid-DR site that writes about your client's subject usually does more than a higher-DR site that covers everything. A niche edit puts your link into an article the site has already published, rather than a new post written for you. A price in that column means the publisher offers one; a dash means they don't. It's often the cheaper of the two, and the niche edits page covers when it's the better buy.
